Real Evidence of Artificial Intelligence Linked Hip fracture data Investigation Project

The research has the objective to offer personalized medical services to prevent hip fractures, a representative geriatric disease that occurs in a rapidly aging society, by analyzing big data on musculoskeletal diseases and fractures in the elderly. We hope it makes the patients live better lives and contributes to reducing medical costs.

The rate of hip fractures and the resulting mortality is not decreasing in the elderly, and they usually complain of discomfort related to the musculoskeletal in their daily lives.

Especially, the hip disease of the elderly, which significantly affects the condition of fractures and underlying diseases, can generate various and complex problems, so you should be attentive to that.

For now, there hasn’t been built research or standard process on the normal anatomical indicators of the musculoskeletal system of the elderly, so it’s hard to rate the effectiveness of orthopedic drugs and medical devices.

Therefore, by building a real-world database of osteoporosis, hip fracture, and sarcopenia diseases, we are willing to build a registry to collect medical devices, and drugs in the orthopedics field, and real-world data in the healthcare field.
